How Senior Move Management Works?

Personalized Planning: We create a customized moving plan tailored to your needs, including downsizing strategies, coordinating with movers, and organizing belongings.

Comprehensive Assistance: We ensure a seamless transition to your new residence. We offer sorting and organizing, arranging donations for unwanted items, legacy planning, assisting with the sale of valuable items, floor planning, project management and supervision, packing, unpacking, and settling. We are dedicated to providing full support throughout the entire process to make your move as smooth as possible.

Emotional Support: We provide guidance and emotional support throughout the process, addressing the unique challenges faced by seniors and their families.

How does Feng Shui work?

Initial Assessment and Analysis: We assess the layout and energy flow, using the Bagua map to map areas of life and space.

Before a session, an assessment call or zoom meeting is scheduled and the intake form completed during the call. A floor plan is required for virtual and in-person sessions at least 7 days prior to the desired session date.

Recommendations and Cures: We provide guidance on adjustments in arrangement, cores and elements, as well as suggestions for cures to balance the energy of the environment. Feng Shui sessions generally last 3-4 hours, if additional hours are required they will be changed hourly and will need to be approved by the client.

Follow-up: We offer follow-up consultations to evaluate and adjust recommendations as needed, ensuring the changes are effective. If a written report of the session is desired, it can be obtained for an additional fee.

Assembling the physical representation: The facilitator guides the client in creating a physical representation of the family system, using objects or people to symbolize family members, allowing visualization and understanding of the underlying dynamics.

Search for solutions and healing: The purpose of the consultation is to identify hidden conflicts and find solutions to promote family harmony, offering a safe environment for the client to explore their emotions and experiences, with the support of the facilitator and other participants.

After the assessment, our team will create a comprehensive service plan and proposal with fees and a timeline. You will receive this estimate package via email within 3-7 business days for your approval.

Once the estimate is approved, we will send you a contract outlining the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

– Appointments need to be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.
